Fancy G&T
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Isolation Proof Strawberry Rhubarb Gin
- ½ oz Method dry vermouth
- ½ oz Luxardo bitter bianco
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes saline solution
- 2 oz tonic
Method:
Combine everything except the tonic in a Collins glass, then add desired amount of ice. Top with tonic. Twist grapefruit peel over the top, garnish to taste.
